Petro6 is committed to develop and train the new generation engineers in Oil and Gas engineering design to cater for the exponential requirements of experienced personnel in the Industry world wide.

In view establishing the team, we are seeking capable, self-driven and energetic professional Oil & Gas design personnel for the following positions.

Candidates should be committed to Quality and Safety, Innovative and a Pro-active approach to Engineering and Design activities. Experience in Engineering Design and a thorough knowledge of relevant codes & standards, Good communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken), are essential requirements.

Lead / Senior Structural Engineer :
Must posses Bachelor / Master degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. At least 12 / 7 years of experience in conceptual studies, FEED, detailed design & engineering. Prior knowledge of SACS and STADD Pro software will be considered as a suitable qualification.

Lead /Senior Process Engineer:
Must posses Bachelor/Master degree in Chemical Engineering. At least 12 / 7 years of experience in conceptual studies, FEED, detailed design & engineering. HAZOP and design reviews, also pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and activities. Process experience will include onshore & offshore upstream oil production and gas processing facilities. Experience in conducting process simulations particularly with HYSYS is essential. Familiarity with Process Hazard / Risk Analysis is advantageous. Responsibilities will include development of PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs & data sheet including sizing and specification equipment & instruments.

Lead / Senior Electrical Engineer:
Must posses Bachelor /Master degree in Electrical Engineering. At least 12 / 7 years of experience in basic electrical engineering design including preparation of single line diagrams, schematic diagrams, load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, motor starting analysis, transient stability analysis, ground grid design, relay coordination and setting calculations, transformers, MCCs, cable sizing, lighting calculations, electrical equipment specification and layout etc. Shall be familiar with Hazardous Area Classification and be conversant with design software like EDSA, ETAP or CYME.

Lead / Senior Instrumentation Engineer:
Must posses Bachelor / Master degree in Instrumentation Engineering. At least 12/7 to years of experience in conceptual studies, FEED, detailed design & engineering, and demands high levels competencies in the development of specifications, engineering and design for the procurement, installation and integration of systems and instrumentation. Hands on experience with INTOOLS will be an added advantage. Extensive experience of DCS / SGS / F&G systems is essential, as is experience of SCADA and communication networks. Familiarity with conducting and implementing safety studies is also desirable.

Senior Piping Engineer:
Must posses Bachelor / Master degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Piping Engineering. At least 7 years of experience in design and engineering of piping and equipment layout. Capable of independently producing design calculations, MTOs, bill of material, review of isometric drawings, specifications, conducting drawing review and vendor design evaluation. Should be familiar in preparation of shop drawings for fabrication. Must be familiar with relevant design & API, ANSI, DIN, BS codes and experience with CAESAR II software for stress analysis. Exposure to PDMS/PDS piping 3D design review is essential.

Engineers - Structural / Process/ Piping / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation:
Must posses Bachelor / Master degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instruments and Controls Engineering with minimum 4 years of experience.

Trainee Engineers - Structural / Process/ Piping / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation:
Fresh Graduates with Bachelor /Master degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instruments and Controls Engineering.

Senior Designers - Structural / Piping / Electrical / Instrumentation:
Must posses Diploma or ITI Draftsman Certificate as minimum with at least 7 years of experience in respective discipline. The role involves leading small teams of designers and draftsmen in the preparation of CAD models using PDMS /PDS, design drawings, layouts and shop drawings for onshore and offshore facilities. This will involve working closely and interacting with the relevant discipline engineers to develop technical solutions in an efficient and pro-active manner. Activities also include checking of work performed by others, the generation of bills of materials for estimating and procurement purposes and detail design of facilities.

Structural / Piping / Electrical / Instrument Designers:
Must posses Diploma or ITI Draftsman Certificate as minimum with at least 4 years of experience in respective discipline. This will involve working closely and interacting with the relevant discipline engineers to develop technical solutions in an efficient and pro-active manner.
